• Email sales@nerdgirlgraphics.com with the item name, color choice, and any other relevant personalization information.
• Personalized samples will be created and you will be emailed a link where you can view these samples online.
• From the online samples, you choose which you would like to see in hard copy.
• We will mail you the hard copy sample for your final approval.
• After you email your final approval of the hard copy sample, we will begin production.
• We ship via FedEx, but you choose the method (Overnight or 2Day). We do not charge a surcharge for shipping...you pay what we pay. We can provide shipping estimates upon request.

• All sales are final. This is because a hard copy sample must be approved by the client before production begins. All orders are carefully packed. If the package is damaged during shipment, please do not accept delivery from the FedEx driver and notify us ASAP. We would then replace your order ASAP.
